PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency in fixing a working tool without holding the working tool with a hand and overturning a whole upper die set when the working tool of punch, etc., is fixed to an upper die, to reduce a size of a die and to reduce a production cost in producing the die. SOLUTION: An upper die set and a lower die set, in which at least one of them is elevated, and an upper die 32 and a lower die, which are arranged at the positions facing the respective upper die set and lower die set, are provided, when the working tool 30 of punch or die is fixed to the upper die 32, in the die arranged with a temporary fixing mechanism of the working tool 30 to prevent falling of the working tool 30, when a mounting part 30a of the working tool 30 is inserted into an insert hole 36 into which the mounting part 30a of the working tool 30 formed to the upper die 32 is inserted, an elastic member 38 inserted for elastic repulsion between both is arranged between the inner wall face of the insert hole 36 and the outer wall face of the mounting part 30a of the working tool 30 so that the mounting part 30a of the working tool 30 is not fallen off from the insert hole 36.
