PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling apparatus capable of cooling a medium of a secondary cooling system without utilizing water.SOLUTION: The cooling apparatus includes: an inflow pipe for guiding a medium circulating in a secondary cooling system of a nuclear facility; an air cooler including a heat exchanger having a plurality of fin tubes for circulating the medium in the inside and an air blower arranged on the underside of the heat exchanger in a vertical direction to cool the medium supplied from the inflow pipe; and an outflow pipe for guiding the medium cooled by the air cooler to the secondary cooling system. A face of the heat exchanger opposed to the air blower is projected to the upper side in the vertical direction. |
