PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately form a plastic-made, cup-shaped container having a heat-resistant neck. SOLUTION: The mouth flange 4 and the neck 3 of the plastic-made cup-shaped container 1 remain amorphous without receiving stretching action. Of these parts 4, 3 the neck 3 is applied with the heating surface 38 of the heater 33A, a heating source, for the contact heating to be performed and for crystallization to be brought about by the heating. Since the contact heating, crystallization and annealing can be conducted in the state that the mouth flange 4 and the neck 3 are sandwiched from up and down and right and left, thermal deformation is not generated in these parts.
