PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a microneedle having excellent performance, which is obtained by studying relation between crystallinity of a microneedle and a physical property of a raw material or a manufacturing process in order to manufacture a microneedle having a sharp tip by using an injection molding method.SOLUTION: A micro needle array that includes a microneedle having crystallinity of 20% or more and compression strength per one microneedle is 0.05 N or more can be manufactured, by performing injection molding on a raw material of polyglycolic acid under the condition of cylinder temperatures of 230 to 280°C, molding temperatures of 60 to 130°C, and injection pressures of 1000 to 1500 KPa. The contraction rate of the microneedle is 90% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
