PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skill enhancement planning method, a device and a system for supporting skill enhancement planning, a skill enhancement planning support program, and a recording medium, which reduce the workload when planning skill enhancement of employees.

SOLUTION: The skill enhancement planning method for planning skill enhancement of employees by using a computer has; a target setting screen transmission procedures for causing a terminal connected through a network to set a target level with respect to each skill item; a target level reception procedure for receiving target levels set in the target setting screen from the terminal; a target level determination procedure for determining propriety of the target levels received in the target level reception procedure; and an informing procedure for informing the terminal that the target levels are not proper in the case that they are not proper.
