<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image correction processing technique for satisfactorily merging a plurality of processing to acquire a proper photographic print in applying the plurality of image correction processing to image data of photographic frame images photographed and inputted by a digital camera or a silver salt camera, irrespective of the type of a camera, the digital camera or the silver salt camera. <P>SOLUTION: A density/contrast correction conversion table 42 is created on the basis of the image data of photographic frame images. An upper limit density and a lower limit density are determined on the basis of the image data. An intermediate gradation conversion table 46 for expanding an intermediate gradation area between both the densities to overall gradation is created.
