摘要 PURPOSE: A carbon nano-tube-metal thermal conductive composite material is provided to improve the physical and mechanical property of the material by implementing a sintering or die casting process. CONSTITUTION: A carbon nano-tube-metal thermal conductive composite material includes carbon nano-tube-metal complex and metal. The carbon nano-tube-metal complex is composed of spherical metal particles and carbon nano-tube. Carbon nano-tube is dispersed in a reduction solvent to prepare a dispersion solution. A metal precursor is supplied to the dispersion solution to obtain a mixed solution. The metal precursor is reduced by thermally treating the mixed solution. The metal is one or more selected from silver, copper, aluminum, tin, bismuth, and antimony.
