PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof cylindrical pipe having high curing speed, and free from the breakage and deformation in demounting a core pipe in a short time. SOLUTION: This fireproof cylindrical pipe is obtained by curing a fiber-reinforced cement composition including calcium chloride-calcium hydroxide complex salt represented by CaCl<SB>2</SB>Ca(OH)<SB>2</SB>H<SB>2</SB>O by 0.1-2.0 mass % as chlorine in total solids.
