PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus for the degree of dryness or wetness of a two phase fluid which can measure the degree of the dryness or the wetness of a fluid in the entire piping containing layered liquids mingling in the piping of the fluid. SOLUTION: Ultrasonic transmitter/receivers 2, 3 and 4 are mounted on vapor piping 1 through which flow down vapors and drains. The degree of dryness X1 of the vapor are determined by the ultrasonic transmitter/receivers 2 and 3. The liquid level of the drain 6 is measured to determine the weight of the drain 6 from the conversion to weights. Moreover, the degree of dryness or wetness of the fluid in the entire piping can be detected from the degree of dryness X1 of the vapor and the weight of the drain 6. |
