PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric lifting armrest control device capable of improving the comfort of a driver by controlling the action of the electric lifting armrest according to the traveling scene of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The electric lifting armrest control device comprises an ECU3 inputting a vehicle speed signal of the vehicle, and a control unit 1 controlling the height of the electric listing armrest 13 on the basis of the vehicle speed signal. The control unit 1 controls the height of the electric lifting armrest 13 to a normal first position when the speed of the vehicle is lower than a predetermined value, and controls the height of the electric lifting armrest 13 to a second position higher than the first position when the speed of the vehicle is higher than the predetermined value.
