PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper type care belt, allowing a caring person and a care receiver to safely and easily move when transferring a physically handicapped or a bedridden person who cannot move by himself between a bed and a wheelchair, and also useful for rehabilitation such as standing up training. SOLUTION: The waist, the hips and buttocks, the crotch part and the abdomen of the care receiver are covered with a diaper-type non-elastic cloth piece 1. In the cloth piece, a handle part required for moving can be fitted to the waist part and the hips and buttocks part. Further, for the purpose of heightening durability and dispersing the body weight, two plate-like straps are crossed like an X-shape in the crotch part, or the waist side straps 2 forming the handles at the right and left waist parts are connected to the abdomen side strap 2 through an engagement part 3 at the front abdomen part, thereby forming a structure drawing a figure 8 as a whole.
