PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good appearance by press contacting a circumferential erected portion of a skin agasint an erected wall of a core material in a state in which a foaming pressure is not in operation to improve the sealing properties so as to prevent the leakage of a foaming raw material. SOLUTION: An inclined side 9a is integrally provided on the whole of an erected wall 9 on the circumference of a skin forming area of a core material 3. This inclined side 9a is inclined such that a receiving recessed portion 3a for receiving a foaming layer 7 becomes narrow on a bottom side thereof, while it becomes wide on an open side thereof. A circumferential erected portion 11 of a skin 5 is folded from a skin main body 13 toward the back of the skin 5, and in this folded state, the circumferential erected portion 11 is brought into press contact with the inclined side 9a of the erected wall 9 of the core material 3 and a reaction force is applied. The foaming layer 7 is then integrally molded in the receiving recessed portion 3a between the core material 3 and the skin 5. |
