PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing for a wheel with a sensor whereby the sensor for detecting a weight can be attached to a vehicle in a compact fashion in a stable attitude, the weight applied to the wheel can be sensitively detected and the cost in the manufacturing can be reduced. SOLUTION: This bearing for a wheel in which a plurality of rows of rolling bodies are interposed between an outer member 1 and an inner member, comprises strain sensor 21 configured of a member 22 for generating strain fixed to the outer member 1 and at least one sensor element 23 for measuring strain attached to the member 22 for generating strain. The member 22 for generating strain of the strain sensor 21 includes two or more fixing faces 22a, 22b respectively fixed to two or more separated portions on the outer member 1. Spacer members 40, 41 are respectively interposed between the fixing faces 22a, 22b and fixing target faces Fa, Fb to which the strain sensor 21 of the outer member 1 is fixed. The spacer member 40, 41 are so constituted that end faces facing toward the sides of the fixing faces 22a, 22b are roughly the same shapes as the fixing faces 22a, 22b, respectively and end faces facing toward the sides of the fixing target faces Fa, Fb, are roughly the same shapes as the fixing target faces Fa, Fb.
