A method for the integral three-dimensional modeling of the biomedical objects comprises the generation of voxel and vector models of the parts of the body. According to the method, semiautomatic segmenting of the sonographic data, the findings of computed and magnetic resonance tomography and microscopic data is provided. Stereo photogrammetry of the photos, endoscopic and other biomedical data is performed. The models are integrated in the three-dimensional medium followed by their animation with the aid of catching movement technique providing the stereoscopic images. |
