The present invention relates to the field of communications and is capable of solving the problem in the prior art of a conflict found in resources occupied by an ACK/NACK feedback of a user equipment to a downlink subframe. Disclosed are a method, device, and system for information transmission. A specific solution is such that: a first device determines in an n-th time resource a first PUCCH resource and a second PUCCH resource, where the width of the frequency resource between the first PUCCH resource and the second PUCCH resource is less than or equal to the working bandwidth of the first device, the first device utilizes the first PUCCH resource to transmit control information corresponding to an m1-th downlink subframe to a base station, and utilizes the second PUCCH resource to transmit control information corresponding to an m2-th downlink subframe to the base station.
