<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively manufacture a soil deodorizing tank underground by using a groove excavator provided with a box for laying a pipe, hoppers for backfilling, and backfilled soil carry-in devices to simultaneously proceed each of the processes of groove excavation, malodorous gas discharge pipe laying, crushed stone bed formation, and deodorizing bed formation. SOLUTION: In a groove excavator 1, to the tip of an upward and downward rotating arm 11 extending backward, a pipe laying box 13 is fitted so as to push away a Hume pipe 15 backward at a prescribed stroke. To the rear part of the box 13, hoppers for backfilling 16, 17 having different underground opening depths are fitted. Above the hoppers 16, 17, backfilled soil carry-in devices 18, 19 are arranged respectively. To the hopper 16 whose the underground opening depth is deep ballast 21 is fed and to the hopper 17 whose underground opening depth is shallow ando soil 22 is fed respectively. By using the groove excavator 1, a groove is excavated, the box 13 is fitted in the groove and the Hume pipe 15 is laid. The ballast 21 is fed to the hopper 16 from the carry-in devices 18, 19 to form a crushed stone bed around the Hume pipe 15 and the ando soil 22 is fed to the hopper 17 to form a deodorizing tank on the crushed stone bed.</p> |
