A medical suction device of the present invention may comprise: a receiving unit having a sealed receiving space provided therein; a frame unit inserted into the receiving space; a drainage valve which is installed in the frame unit while passing through the receiving unit and serves as an inlet through which a bodily fluid flows into the receiving space; and an elastic part which is installed in the frame unit and changes the shape of the frame unit, wherein the receiving space is expanded by a change in the shape of the frame unit, and a negative pressure acting to suck the bodily fluid may be formed by the expansion of the receiving space.
