PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection plate enabling arrangement of a plurality thereof while preventing formation of a gap so as to facilitate production of an illumination device without unevenness of illuminance.SOLUTION: The reflection plate 1 comprises a storage dent part 10 for storing a light source, which has a bottom surface part 12 narrower than its opening rim 11e, and a circumferential side wall 13 expanding outward from its outer rim to the opening rim 11e so that light emitted from the light source disposed in the bottom surface 12 is reflected by the circumferential side wall 13. A brim part 1f is provided in the outer circumferential part so as to elongate outward in a rectangular shape in a planar view. A brim part 1fb is formed at a position lower than the other part along two sides from one corner part of the brim part 1f to its opposite angle. A brim part 1fa is formed at a position higher than the brim part 1fb along two sides facing the two sides. Notch parts CT are formed at two angle parts as the boundary of the brim part 1fb at the low position and the brim part 1fa at the high position so that the other reflection plates and the brim parts with the same shapes are superimposed in the up and down direction so as to be arranged vertically and longitudinally.
