PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel provided with a steering wheel body part provided with a decoration part capable of realizing light weight while accomplishing desired strength and reducing manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The steering wheel body part 10 having a rim part 11 provided with the decoration parts 11a, 11b is manufactured by melting and injection-molding a resin material in which a carbon fiber is formulated in a pellet of a polypropylene resin in a range of 5-30 mass%.
