PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combining structure for a printing cylinder and a driving gear by which a position in a circumferential direction of the driving gear can easily and simply be adjusted to a taper shaft. SOLUTION: This combining structure for the printing cylinder and the driving gear is equipped with the printing cylinder 11 having the taper shaft 12, the cylindrical driving gear 13 which is fitted on the outer periphery of the taper shaft 12, and a collet 20 which is inserted between the taper shaft 12 and the driving gear 13. On the collet 20, a plurality of slits 21a and 21b extending in the axial direction are formed. The collet 20 is pressed to the taper shaft 12 side with a washer 15 by clamping a bolt 16 to the taper shaft 12.
