PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording system capable of making belt-shaped patched stripes caused in the boundary part of respective bands inconspicuous when one band is formed by a plurality of times of main scannings by a serial system, and performing a high-quality image recording, to provide an ink jet recording device, and to provide a program. SOLUTION: The ink jet recording system 100 for performing the recording so that one band is formed by the plurality of times of main scannings and sub-scannings is provided with an image processing control section 51 where, in the scanning for a plurality of times for forming one band, in such a manner that the density of recording pixels recorded in the first recording scanning and the final recording scanning is made lower compared with the density of recording pixels recorded in the other recording scanning, the distribution of the recording pixels recorded in the first scanning and the final scanning in the recording scanning is performed.
