Provided is a coated film which is extremely excellent in terms of optical properties and cost, and which has properties of a back coat, namely antistatic properties, wear properties and shielding properties even without being subjected to a back coating process in cases where the coated film is used as a member of an optical product, especially as a microlens of a backlight for LCD or as a base film of a prism. This coated film is capable of providing a sharp high-quality image, while maintaining high luminance. A coated film which comprises a highly adhesive coating layer containing a polymer on a polyester layer (A) of a biaxially stretched multilayer polyester film that has a three-layer structure, wherein the polyester layer (A) and a polyester layer (C) serve as respective surface layers and a polyester layer (B) serves as an intermediate layer, and which comprises an antistatic coating layer containing a compound having an ammonium group on the polyester layer (C). This coated film contains organic particles having an average particle diameter of 2.0-9.0 μm in the polyester layer (C). |
