<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airtight structure of a tubular sliding member that facilitates adjusting a gap between an inner tube and an outer tube and reliably maintains airtightness, and also dust or the like due to wear is not scattered to the periphery, thus can be used reasonably even for use unfavorable to contamination due to dust or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The airtight structure of the tubular sliding member includes a pedestal composed of the inner tube and an elastic tubular body stacked on the inner tube, and the outer tube attached to the outer side of the pedestal via a pair of spacers so as to have a predetermined gap, the pair of spacers is disposed on both sides of an elastic tubular body, and then O-ring packing moves on the elastic tubular body of the pedestal while rotating along the longitudinal direction of the elastic tubular body as the pedestal and the outer tube move relatively with the O-ring packing sandwiched between the elastic tubular body and the outer tube. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
