PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a target even when a fluctuation of the speed of a target is large to such extent that the target cannot be detected by a PDI system and a shift PDI system.SOLUTION: An acceleration assumption part (an initial hypothesis generation part 22, a hypothesis regeneration part 28) assumes a plurality of accelerations of a target. A compensation quantity calculation part (a signal compensation quantity calculation part 23) calculates a signal compensation quantity 104 with respect to respective accelerations assumed by the acceleration assumption part, a compensation part (a signal compensation part 24) compensates the phase of a reflection wave by the signal compensation quantity 104, and a Fourier transform part (a signal integration part 25) subjects a signal intensity of the reflection wave whose phase is compensated by the compensation part to Fourier transform. An acceleration estimation part (a signal detection part 27) estimates the acceleration of the target from the acceleration assumed by the acceleration assumption part based on the signal intensity subjected to Fourier transform by the Fourier transform part. A detection part (a signal detection part 27) detects the target based on the signal intensity subjected to the Fourier transform by the Fourier transform part with respect to the acceleration estimated by the acceleration estimation part. |
