<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light-emitting device in which an LED light axis can be inclined in an arbitrary direction for a mounting substrate, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof and an LED display device having such the LED light-emitting device applicable thereto. <P>SOLUTION: The LED light-emitting device 1 is provided with a first lead frame 11 having an LED 10 placed thereon, a second lead frame 12 connected to the LED 10 via a wire such as a gold wire, and a molded resin portion 15 for defining a concave portion 15c disposing the LED 10 and guiding the first lead frame 11 and the second lead frame 12 from directions opposite from each other. The first lead frame 11 and the second lead frame 12 have bent portions 11bf, 11bs, and 12bf which are bent so that a substrate opposing face 15ss of the molded resin portion 15 opposite to the package substrate 20 may be inclined at an inclination angle θ to the package substrate 20 when the lead frames are connected to the package substrate 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
