The present invention relates to a roller of a wire saw, which comprises: an inner pipe including a protruding part in a side; a long outer pipe inserted into the outer surface of the inner pipe, and longer than the inner pipe excluding the protruding part; a pressurizing ring of which cylindrical surface between the internal and external diameters covers cross sections of the inner and outer pipes; and a pressurizing bolt tightening and attaching the pressurizing ring to the cross sections of the inner and outer pipes. The outer pipe is inserted into the outer surface of the inner pipe from a side, in which there is not the protruding part, to the protruding part, and then the pressurizing ring is tightened and attached to the cross sections of the inner and outer pipes by the pressurizing bolt to keep the outer pipe compressed. Therefore, the roller of a wire saw can be easily manufactured, time and costs required for the manufacturing can be reduced, and the abrasion of a groove line part is suppressed to extend the lifespan thereof. |
