The apparatus has a turbine (2) driven by an electric motor (1) to blow air into a pipe (5) which distributes the air into three other pipes (8, 9, 11). The pipes (8, 9) guide the air over a male inflorescence through a collector to release pollen. The pipe (11) drives most pat of the air into a venturi system placed in a pipe (14) which recuperates the released pollen for conduction into a distributor (15).
