PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a measurement fault such as a measurement error or measurement deficiency on radiation energy. SOLUTION: This net radiometer is equipped with a net radiometer body comprising an arm part provided with a sensing part in the vicinity of its end which is a free end for determining radiation energy coming from the ground and the sky to measure a radiation balance from a difference in radiation energy between the two, and a fan-shaped member comprising a plurality of lustrous rod-like members radially stood on the arm part a prescribed space apart from the sensing part of the radiometer body.
