A portable terminal receiving alarming apparatus capable of easily recognizing a call received from noise place is provided to offer a state of arrival call sound visually and to resolve overall problem of unable to receive a telephone in a noise place. A sensing unit(2) senses the received signal of a portable terminal(10). A microphone, a vibration sensor, a light sensor, an electromagnetic wave sensor and a plug uniting with the outlet of the mobile terminal are assembled. An amplifying circuit(3) is connected to the sensing unit. The signal sensed in the sensing unit is amplified. An electronic response circuit(4) sets up in the output terminal of the amplifier circuit. The receiving sound conversion and the loudness control are possible for the sound selecting unit(6). The high intensity sound generator(7) is connected to the sound selectivity unit.
