PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve timing adjusting device ensuring durability. SOLUTION: The axial tooth bearing center C1 of a first gear part 22 of a first rotation body 20 and a third gear part 54 of a planetary rotation body 30 is made the first center C1, and the axial tooth bearing center C2 of a second gear part 14 of a second rotation body 10 and a fourth gear part 52 of the planetary rotation body 30 is made the second center C2, wherein a support part 64 supporting the planetary rotation body 30 in a planetary motion possible manner in a planetary carrier 40 is located on the inner peripheral side of the first center C1 and out of the inner peripheral side of the second center C2, and first moment F1×A1 generated to the planetary rotation body 30 by radial load F1 applied to the third gear part 54 from the first gear part 22 is larger than second moment F2×A2 generated to the planetary rotation body 30 by radial load F2 applied to the fourth gear part 52 from the second gear part 14.
