PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of being easily manufactured in which a power receiving coil can be easily firmly fixed to a position corresponding to a power feeding coil of a charger. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus is provided with a battery cover 10 for covering a secondary battery 9 housed in an apparatus body 8. The power receiving coil 20 corresponding to the power feeding coil 3 of the charger 2 is attached to the battery cover 10. An output contact point 35 electrically connected to the power receiving coil 20 is formed at an engaged portion 25 formed at the battery cover 10. An input contact point 23 electrically connected to the secondary battery 9 is formed at an engaging portion 18 formed at the apparatus body 8. Thus, the output contact point 35 is conducted and contacts with the input contact point 23 in a state that the engaged portion 25 is engaged to the engaging portion 18 and the battery cover 10 is attached to the apparatus body 8.
