PURPOSE: Rice capable of cooking in short time, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to rapidly prepare breakfast using the rice. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rice capable of cooking in short time comprises the following steps: rotating a blade using motor for crushing the rice in small particles; stirring the rice particles, and sieving to assort the rice particles by size; and filtering the rice powder from the rice particles. The rice particles are assorted by size for controlling the cooking time. |
