PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, an information processing method and a program which can improve the convenience in a case where transfer transaction is performed from an account with a lower transfer fee.SOLUTION: An information processing system comprises: a transfer request information acquisition part which acquires transfer request information of a customer including a transfer destination account and a transfer amount; an account information acquisition part which acquires information on a plurality of accounts owned by the customer from a storage part; and a fund movement determination part which determines whether or not the fund is moved from the second account included in the plurality of accounts to the first account on the basis of the balance of the first account with the lowest transfer fee to the transfer destination account indicated by the acquired transfer request information among the plurality of accounts and the transfer amount indicated by the transfer request information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
