A light quantity of a laser beam (L) outputted from exposure heads (24a-24j) is detected by a photosensor (68). At a light quantity locality data calculating section (88), light quantity locality correcting data for correcting the locality of the detected light quantity is calculated by divided area of a DMD (36) which constitutes exposure heads (24a-24j). Mask data for having a specified micromirror (40) of the DMD (36) in an off state fixedly is set by using the light quantity locality correcting data.
