PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly efficient local area wireless access.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal device of the present invention includes: a receiving section that receives a Channel State Information reference signal (CSI-RS); a generating section that generates, on the basis of the CSI-RS, a Channel Quality Indicator (CQI) used for transmission of a downlink signal; and a transmitting section that transmits the CQI.
