<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer using TODI as a diisocyanate compound, in which the extrusion molding is possible. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is characterized as follows. The diol having 65-85 wt.% of 1,4-butanediol and 35-15 wt.% of 1,3-butanediol is used as a chain extender, together with a urethane prepolymer derived from a polyol and 3,3'-dimethyl biphenyl-4,4'-diisocyanate, to cause the chain elongation reaction, and the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
