PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent release and to facilitate adhering or readhering operation by backing a non-swelling resin having a specific thickness on a film of an anti-fogging or drip-proofed front surface so that one side surface of the resin is used as a glass mounting surface. SOLUTION: As a backing film, a film having a larger thickness of 120 to 300μm than that of a normally used film is used. In this case, a lower limit of the thickness of the backing film is 120μm or more or preferably 150μm or more. The reason why the lower limit is decides in this manner is because, if it is 120μm or less, a hydrophilic film of a front side is released from a glass surface due to swelling or contraction. An upper limit of the thickness of the backing film is preferably 300μm or less or desirably 250μm or less. The reason why the upper limit is decided is because if it is 300μm or more, flexibility of the overall film is eliminated and an adhering operation is scarcely executed, and foam or the like invaded at the time of adhering is scarcely removed.
