PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reading device capable of easily reading the display screen of a portable terminal even for a portable terminal having a different resolution.SOLUTION: A reading device includes: a body housing an imaging element; an imaging window of the imaging element provided on the side face of the body; a first positioning part; and a pair of second positioning parts. The imaging element picks up either of the screen of a first portable terminal or the screen of a second portable terminal which has a lower resolution than that of the first portable terminal. The first positioning part has a pair of protrusions of the same height protruding from both the sides of the side face sandwiching the imaging window and performs positioning of the first portable terminal to the imaging window through a contact of the first portable terminal to the top faces of the pair of the protrusions. The pair of second positioning parts are arranged at a height nearer the imaging window than the top faces of the protrusions of the first positioning part, and perform positioning of the second portable terminal to the imaging window through a contact of the second portable terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
