PURPOSE:To perform cooling of an inverter control panel through an air conditioning duct by a simple and less-expensive configuration by a method wherein the inverter control panel is fixed to the air conditioning duct, and each of its main body and cooling fins is fixed in the air conditioning duct while being arranged within the air conditioning duct. CONSTITUTION:An air conditioner is operated such that an indoor heat exchanger 1 is applied as an evaporator, for example, and an outdoor heat exchanger 2 is applied as a condensor, for example, thereby an air conditioned region, is cooled with the surrounding air as a cold heat source. Inside of a case 3 is divided into an air circulation chamber 4, an air supplying chamber 6, a surrounding air feeding chamber 7 and an air discharging chamber 9, respectively. Driving motors 15 and 16 for each of an air supplying fan 13 and an air discharging fan 14 are controlled by inverter, respectively. In this case, the inverter control panel 17 is fixed to the air discharging duct 18 while each of the main body 17A and the cooling fins 17B is arranged within the air discharging duct 8. With such an arrangement, a function of the air conditioner is effectively utilized and the inverter control panel 17 is efficiently cooled with a simple and less-expensive structure. |
