PURPOSE: A non-session reporting method and apparatus thereof are provided to support M2M(Machine-to-Machine) performance restricted OMA(Open Mobile Alliance)-DM(Device Management) devices by effectively reporting non-session through a DM client. CONSTITUTION: A memory(730) stores codes of a DM client(710), non-session reporting configuration MO(Management Object) codes including nodes. A processor(720) executes the codes of the DM client. A communication unit(740) transmits and receives information for the DM client. The DM client transmits a non-session report to a DM server and controls the non-session report based on prescribed standard in a node included in a non-session reporting configuration MO.
