摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid purifier capable of suppressing purification defectiveness caused by reutilization of a granular catalyst having lowered catalyst activity.SOLUTION: A fluid purifier has: a recovered catalyst inputting machine 53, a raw water tank 1, a mixer 2, a raw water replenishment tank 54 and a new catalyst inputting machine 55 for mixing a granular catalyst for accelerating oxidative decomposition of an organic substance with waste water; a reaction tank 20 for generating an oxidative decomposition reaction of an organic substance contained in the waste water, while heating and pressurizing the waste water; and a catalyst recovery machine 50 for recovering the catalyst from the purified fluid discharged from the reaction tank 20. The fluid purifier is further provided with a TOC measuring device 49 for detecting an organic substance concentration of the purified fluid discharged from the reaction tank 20, and a programmable sequencer for determining necessity of replenishment of a new catalyst on the basis of a detection result obtained thereby.
