发明名称 SEQUENTIAL FEED TYPE ROTARY MECHANISM
摘要 PURPOSE:To attain the accurate feed of a minute rotational angle by using a clamping mechanism for rotor and another clamping mechanism that restricts the reverse of the rotor while a minute feed mechanism is reset. CONSTITUTION:When a piezo-element 18 is actuated, supporter 16 set opposite to a supporter 17 set on a table support stage 14 moves further from the supporter 17 over the stage 14 together with a clamping mechanism 7 set on a table 12 as well as the table 12 itself. Thus the mechanism 7 is moved minutely in the feed direction of a rotor 2. When the actuation of the element 18 is released, the supporter 16 is reset toward the supporter 17 over the stage 14 together with the mechanism 7 by means of a tension spring 19. While the rotor 2 clamped by the mechanism 7 is released and the reverse of the rotor 2 is restricted by the function of another clamping mechanism 8. Thus the accurate feed of a minute rotational angle is attained.
