The device for the reposition of the fragment of the posterior edge of tibia consists of the Ilizarov apparatus with the elements of the external fixation. At least one of the elements is designed as the cylindrical rod with the support tip and the sharpening at the operating internal end. The external end of the rod is attached in the supporting arm to the ring support of Ilizarov apparatus.
