PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily input information on transfer of money when a commodity is purchased or service is provided, to a desired information processor. SOLUTION: A plurality of IC chips 12-1 to 12-n configured to write and read information in a noncontact manner, to which predetermined information including printed information is written, is disposed at intervals such that when a receipt 10 is cut in a single piece shape, at least one chip thereof is contained in the receipt cut into the single piece shape. When a consumer purchases a commodity or is provided with service, information on transfer of money in the purchase of commodity or the provision of service is printed, and the information on transfer of money in the purchase of commodity or provision of service is also written on the IC chip 12-1 to 12-n, and the receipt 10 is cut so that this IC chip is contained and supplied.
