PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a stationary plate from being lost by engaging a retaining groove with one of horizontal projecting pieces of a support, engaging a hook piece with the other horizontal piece, and fixing a structure to the support by means of an attaching screw. SOLUTION: A horizontal projecting piece 2 of a rail 1 is fitted into a retaining groove 14 of a terminal block 4, and a hook piece 8 of a stationary plate 5 is engaged with a horizontal projecting piece 3 of the rail 1. Then an attaching screw 10 is tightened, whereby the stationary plate 5 is moved in the oblique upper direction, the rail 1 is held between the terminal block 4 and the stationary plate 5, and the terminal block 4 is fixed to the rail 1. An intermediate part of a shaft of the attaching screw 10 is free from a ridge 9. The screw 10 runs idle at the part free from the ridge as a result of the loosening of the attaching screw 10, by which the part free from ridge can be known, and the screw is not loosened any more, so that the stationary plate 5 is not separated from the terminal block 4, which prevents the stationary plate 5 from being lost.
