A solid-state imaging sensor (2), which includes a photodetector part including a plurality of photoelectric elements (21) and electrode pads (22) connected electrically with the photoelectric elements (21), is mounted on a base (1) including electrodes (12) for external connection and electrode pads (11) connected electrically with the electrodes. Scintillators (3) are formed on the surface of the photodetector part of the solid-state imaging sensor (2). The electrode pads (11, 22) are electrically connected by wires (4). Insulating organic film (51) seals the scintillators (3) and covers the electrode pads (11, 22) and the wires (4). A thin metal overcoat (52) is further provided.
