PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary scaffold member and a temporary scaffold device using this member, nice to look at, by freely adjusting a length dimension in response to an actual construction condition, by surely regulating the slide movement of an inner cylindrical body. SOLUTION: An outer cylindrical body 10 has a through-hole 14 penetrating through a cylindrical wall 11. The inner cylindrical body 20 has a guide groove 22, and is slidably inserted inside the outer cylindrical body 10. The guide groove 22 extends in the longitudinal direction L of the inner cylindrical body 20, and is opened inside and outside the cylindrical wall 21. A pressure contact body 30 has a screw groove 31 capable of screwing a set screw 40, and is arranged inside the inner cylindrical body 20. The set screw 40 is screwed into the pressure contact body 30 by passing through the guide groove 22 from the through-hole 14. The temporary scaffold member 1 constitutes, for example, the temporary scaffold device by being joined to a scaffold column 6 such as a scaffold handrail or a scaffold bracket.
