PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vehicle control devices (3 and 4) for performing automatic restart control when an engine 1 is stalled, and avoid loads caused by the automatic restart control to an engine starter (2) or parts of the engine 1.SOLUTION: If an engine 1 is detected to be stalled, automatic restart control of the engine 1 is performed under a condition where both a history of the engine 1 driven at the predetermined engine speed or higher before the engine stall and a history of a vehicle run at the predetermined speed or higher are stored, and the histories are cleared after the automatic restart control is complete. |
