摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to ensure a high recovery rate of protein while realizing high rate concentration in a concentrator which concentrates an aqueous protein solution made by filtering a coelomic fluid.SOLUTION: Provided is a separation membrane 60 of a concentrator 22, which is characterized in that the elevated liquid level of the hollow fiber membrane with a porosity of 60% or more and 80% or less measured by a capillary ascending method is 60 mm-150 mm in terms of a hollow fiber membrane having an inside diameter of 200 μm, and which is configured to satisfy the following conditions (1) and (2) when a concentration process is conducted which passes an aqueous protein stock solution with a concentration of 3 g/dL at a flow rate of 50 mL/min: (1) the maximum transmembrane pressure difference is 500 mmHg or less when the aqueous protein stock solution is concentrated to 5 L; and (2) B/A≤1.6 holds, where A is the transmembrane pressure difference when the aqueous protein stock solution is concentrated to 2 L and B is the transmembrane pressure difference when the aqueous protein stock solution is concentrated to 5 L.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
