Disclosed is a method for processing an enhanced physical downlink control channel (ePDCCH), the method comprising: determining, by a terminal, a resource element (RE) corresponding to a candidate control code carried by an ePDCCH; performing descrambling on the RE corresponding to the candidate control code, and performing rate de-matching on the descrambled candidate control code; performing de-interleaving and blind detection on the rate de-matched candidate control code; and determining, according to a preset determination policy, a validity of the candidate control code passing the blind detection. Also disclosed are an ePDCCH processing device and storage medium.
